All payments must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

If you are wanting to check for availability on a boot, please give us a call. 

We make every effort to ensure product pricing and availability are accurate. However, in the event of an error:

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price
  • You will be notified and refunded if payment has already been made

3. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee product availability or final acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or limit quantities
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason

4. Billing Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

If we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity, we may:

  • Cancel the order
  • Contact you for verification

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct shipping information
  • Any additional fees due to incorrect addresses

6. Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be added to orders where required by law. (Indiana residents will be charged sales tax) 

7. Refunds & Returns

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could result in restrictions on future purchases.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, orders must follow our return process.
